Running low in Blood Type-B and O, donors needed

KUCHING: The Blood Bank of Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) is appealing to all to come forward and donate blood to ensure continuous and sufficient blood supply for patients.

The hospital is currently facing a shortage of blood B and O due to the high demand of both blood types in emergency cases. Members of the public are urged to come forward and donate blood to help sustain the safe level of all blood types.

The blood bank mobile unit of SGH will be at the Day Care Centre (DCC) Blood Bank tomorrow from 9am until 3pm.

Meanwhile, on Sunday the venue will be at Kuching Buddhist Society Hall, Jalan Laksamana Cheng Ho which will be organise by Kuching Buddhist Society.
