KUCHING: Julau PKR division chief and Julau MP Larry Sng said the party Disciplinary Bureau should take action against leaders who openly defied the central leadership.

Not only did it weaken the party but it delayed the leadership transition of the prime ministership, he said.

“I’m sure that the majority of the party members feel betrayed by their actions, and the party should sack them immediately before they do further damage. This has gone on for too long and they have gone too far,” added Sng, who is also a member of the PKR central leadership committee.

He suggested that PKR Sarawak should not support leaders who did not attend central leadership committee (MPP) meetings.

“How can such leaders take a position in the party when they don’t listen to the views and facts which are being discussed at the central leadership?”

He said if these leaders did not wish to take collective responsibility but instead go on their own agenda to destroy the party leadership, discipline should be taken against them.
