Three of Sarawak's top cops, namely Fisol, Mancha and Abdul Ghani, are among 61 senior police officers listed for exchange orders effective July 1.

KUCHING: Three of Sarawak’s top police officers are involved in the senior police officers exchange order next month.

They are Sarawak deputy commissioner of police (DCP) Datuk Fisol Salleh, Sarawak General Operations Force (GOF) Brigade commander SAC Mancha Ata and Sarawak Management Department chief SAC Abdul Ghani Ahmad.

In a statement issued on the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM)’s Facebook page, Fisol, Mancha and Abdul Ghani were among 61 senior police officers listed for exchange orders effective July 1.

Fisol will be transferred to Pulau Pinang to serve as the deputy police chief there.

The vacant position of Sarawak DCP will be taken over by Mancha.

Replacing him (Mancha) as the Sarawak GOF Brigade commander is ACP Saini Bongkek, who currently holds the position of Bukit Aman GOF chief assistant director. Saini will be promoted to the rank of Senior Assistant Commissioner (SAC).

Abdul Ghani on the other hand, will be swapping positions with SAC Gilberd Philip Layang as the Management Department chief in Selangor.
