ALOR SETAR: Amanah Saham Nasional Bhd (ASNB) says investors should update their personal information at any of its branches or agents to be able to use myASNB, its online digital facility.
Chief executive officer and executive director Mohammad Hussin said many investors have yet to update their information, thus making it difficult for them to use the digital facility.
“myASNB allows users to invest or increase their investments for free, and allows them to automatically set a fixed monthly investment via Auto Labur.
“If they invest in ASNB via other banking portals, they will have to pay service charges, which is why I want all ASNB investors to take advantage of myASNB,” he told Bernama after the launch of a programme to urge investors to update their details in conjunction with the Kembara PNB 2019 tour here today.
myASNB also allows investors to access their accounts via its mobile application, open new accounts, check their balance and download transaction statements.
Mohammad added that when the investors update their personal data, ASNB would be able to create a more accurate investor profile, thus allowing it to provide better services to the investors.
He said in order to use myASNB, investors would first need to update their contact details at any ASNB branches or agents before registering via www.myASNB.com.my
The agents include Maybank, Maybank Islamic, CIMB Bank, CIMB Islamic, RHB Bank, RHB Islamic Bank, Alliance Bank, Ambank, Ambank Islamic, Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN), Affin Bank, Bank Muamalat, Hong Leong Bank, Hong Leong Islamic Bank and Pos Malaysia.
ASNB is the unit trust fund management arm of Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB) and currently manages 14 unit trust funds with 248.5 billion units in circulation and 14.1 million accounts.
It has 32 branches and more than 2,600 agents nationwide. – Bernama
