KUCHING: Rhino Motors Sdn Bhd, the Kuching-based dealer of ISUZU Malaysia, has launched its first 3S (sales, service and spare parts) showroom in East Malaysia at Jalan Tun Jugah here yesterday.
The showroom embodies Isuzu’s modern retail design, featuring a striking facade that exudes the brand’s vibrant identity.
Shunsuke Okazoe, the CEO of ISUZU Malaysia, said that this contemporary showroom offers a fresh appeal and unique experiences. Isuzu hopes to accompany customers along the path of becoming proud owners of their products.
He congratulated Rhino Motors on the launch, expressing confidence in the 3S centre’s ability to deliver excellent service quality and exceptional vehicle ownership experiences.
Meanwhile, David Tay, the managing director of Rhino Motors, said that the new Isuzu 3S centre is fully equipped to provide buyers and customers with expert guidance on their vehicles tailored to their business needs, along with any necessary service work.
According to him, the centre offers a comprehensive range of Isuzu products and services, including the versatile Isuzu D-Max pick-up trucks, as well as light, medium, heavy-duty, and prime movers, catering to a diverse customer base.
Visitors to the newly launched 3S centre will be greeted by a visually captivating modern facade that perfectly represents the Isuzu brand. Additionally, user-friendly digital information panels have been installed, enabling customers to access product information at the touch of a button, saving time and promoting an environmentally-friendly, paperless approach.
